Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

1) When will you ship my product after placing the order?


Usually, we try to ship products within 2-3 working days. Our working days are Monday – Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. 


Please note that shipping can be delayed in the following situation.

  • Orders of more than 5 pieces of the same product or the items marked under pre-order or any personalized orders, it may take longer to process your shipment.

  • It could take at least 5-7 days for the items to be dispatched, not in stock. 

You will get all shipping-related notifications at the time of checkout or for any unavoidable circumstances if shipping is delayed, you will be notified via Email ID or Messages.


2) When should I expect to reach my products?

The time is taken to deliver your products completely depends on the location of delivery. But usually, it takes a minimum of 7-10 business days of the shipping.

If you don’t receive your product and updated delivery date, we are requesting you to contact us at with your order id and product details. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Pandemic Impact:

We are shipping pan India and we are hoping that all your orders are delivered within the given stipulated time. However, services may be affected in some parts of the country which may result in a delay. 


3) How much do you charge for shipping?

We are charging shipping charges at the actual and it will be calculated at the time of checkout.

4) Do you offer COD?

We do not offer COD. We accept payment through GPay, Paytm, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Bank transfer.


5) Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally with DHL. Contact us at for more details. Shipping charges will be at the actual. 


Cancellation Policy:


We definitely consider your concern and allowing you to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing or before shipping which is earlier. If you place a cancellation order after 24 hours, it will not be considered. 

For cancellation of the order please send us an email at with the order id, product details, and reason for cancellation.

No cancellations are entertained for those products which are on sale or personalized products.

Return Policy:


We work very hard to design and curate products for you. We accept returns only in case of damage or defective product. All our products pass through various stages of quality check before shipment.  However, if you find any damages during transit, please take a 360° opening video within 2 days of receiving your parcel. We will review your return request within 48 hours of receiving it. If we find a valid reason for return, we will take back products and send you a new product or refund based on product availability. 


Please note that we reserve the right to reject customers’ return requests. Some pin codes are not feasible for a reverse pickup, in which case you need to ship it back to us, and shipping charges will be bear by you only.


Please note that currently, we are not accepting returns or exchanges due to the covid-19 pandemic. 


Refund Policy:

In the case of a return, the refund will be processed only after the receipt and validation of the returned product. Your funds will be transferred to the source between 7 to 14 days from the date of the approval of the return request.


Lastly, you agree, abide and acknowledge that BrainyBeez’s decision with regards to the return and return policy will be final and binding to you and that you will not be entitled to raise any claims, damages, losses, etc. of whatsoever nature in that regards once BrainyBeez has notified you about its decision.
