Meet Shweta Desai Lalani! She is the founder of BrainyBeez and the mother of a beautiful daughter! Hailing from Ahmedabad, she is an MBA finance graduate. Toggling between various stages of life including family and career, Shweta worked with various firms, including Angel broking. In fact, angel broking was one of the most significant career stages of her life after she pursued her MBA. It was the year 2005 when Angel Broking had newly opened a branch in Ahmedabad. She got an opportunity to work in their account opening and KYC departments.

 

She quotes, "I immediately fell in love with my work and my independence. The feeling of being able to do something was empowering and my self-confidence only grew with that!" Over the years, she got tremendous opportunities. She got a chance to work in various departments which included Business Development, Operations department, Surveillance and risk management department, Legal and Compliance department.

She married Hemang Lalani in 2009. She quotes, "Hemang has been my support system and motivator ever since! He has empowered me and believed in me always."

 

Though eventually, she chose to quit her job, it did not stop her from finding answers to questions! She loved studying and exploring new topics and learning new skills. Hemang, her husband supported her by all means possible.

 

In 2017, she found out that she was going to be a mother, her joy knew no bounds! She quotes, "I started indulging myself in tasks and topics that revolved around early childhood education. I did a lot of research and learned various techniques, listing down the activities I could do with my child. The results were highly satisfactory! "

 

While reading about early childhood education, she got an idea and BrainyBeez was born!

 

Early childhood education and homeschooling are extremely important. It affects the holistic growth of children extremely significantly.

 

After doing a lot of research and understanding the importance of early childhood education, Shweta chose to implement the concept of flashcards and blend it perfectly with fun!
